1. Nature of the Service

Speedo Doc provides document generation, dynamic shortcode parsing, and customer intake technology for notaries, advocates, typists, and legal document service providers. Speedo Doc is a technology platform and does not provide legal advice or act as a licensed notary public.

2. Statutory Responsibility for Attestation

The registered Notary Public, Advocate, or Authorized Document Writer remains solely responsible for verifying the legal identity of signatories, ensuring statutory stamp duty compliance, and executing formal physical or electronic attestations in accordance with applicable local, state, and central laws (including the Notaries Act, 1952 and Indian Stamp Act, 1899).

3. Vendor Obligations

Vendors are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and legality of any custom templates uploaded to the platform, as well as preserving client confidentiality in accordance with professional conduct rules.

4. System Availability & Audit Logs

We strive for high uptime and maintain cryptographic audit logs of document operations. However, Speedo Doc is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
