Speedo Doc ("we", "our", or "platform") provides software workflow tools for independent notaries, document writers, and legal document drafting centers. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our vendors and their clients.
2. Information Collected
When customers use the intake link (`/fill/<token>`), we process only the data fields required for drafting the requested template (such as names, addresses, and agreement parameters). Customer identification numbers (such as Aadhaar or PAN) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and masked in vendor previews.
3. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
Every vendor's customer registry, document drafts, and generated agreements are isolated per vendor workspace. No cross-tenant data sharing occurs.
4. Link Expiration & Retention
Public customer intake links expire automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity to protect customer privacy and prevent unauthorized data entry.
